Congratulations to Westminster Council for their acceptance of Banksy’s brilliant statue near Pall Mall. Let’s hope it stays — a welcome note of calmness and humour at a time of growing extremism.

A sikh woman was horrifically raped in her own home in a racially/religiously motivated attack. This was the 2nd rape of a sikh woman in months. Yet no one called for the banning of the Tommy Robinson hate marches, even though sikh woman felt too scared to walk outside anymore and carried alarms. If you ban one march- then you ban ALL marches. I absolutely stand with the Jewish community. I dont want them to feel afraid walking the streets as much as any marginalised community including my own.

Hi @mattfrei. 50 minutes into your @LBC show today and you have not once mentioned the third victim of the attacks. The Muslim guy the police and the media are trying to memory hole.

I don’t think I’ve ever in my life seen a more deranged, perverted, intentionally dishonest campaign than the one trying to convince people that protesting genocide puts Jews at risk. In no universe does this make any sense. “Don’t protest against the genocide of Palestinians because that puts Jews at risk of harm.” I mean what the actual fuck??? 2 million Palestinians are slaughtered, displaced, maimed, starved, denied care, chewed by rats as they try to exist in tents pitched in rivers of sewage & we have to shut up about it IN CASE JEWS ARE HARMED? Get fucked. Seriously. FUCKING GET FUCKED

If this were a sane country we would have people speaking up today to say OK we made a mistake, he wasn't a terrorist after all, our appallingly neglected mental health system failed both him & the victims and we need to do something about that. Instead we see doubling down. Why?

Sky News this morning implying that the well documented atrocities of the Israeli government are only happening in the minds of protesters. As in, they’re imagined. British mainstream media has become a real cesspit.

Let’s talk about Khaled Daher. A paramedic in Lebanon’s Civil Defence. Not a fighter. Not a “target.” A first responder who ran toward danger to save lives. Two days ago, he was killed, along with two of his colleagues, when they were directly targeted while trying to rescue a civilian trapped under rubble. But his story doesn’t start there. Khaled wasn’t just a paramedic. He was the backbone of his family. After his brother died in Bulgaria, he went searching for him, across borders & through uncertainty, until he finally located his grave & brought him back to Lebanon, where he laid him to rest. He then became a father figure to his brother’s daughter, raising her as his own, carrying a responsibility that wasn’t his to bear, but one he chose anyway. He was a son, a brother, a provider, a quiet pillar holding others up. And in the end, he died the same way he lived, trying to save someone else. Khaled Daher didn’t just lose his life. His family lost their support. People lost the man who showed up when everything else fell apart. His niece has now lost both fathers. Khaled spent his life saving others. He was killed while doing exactly that. This is what is being lost. Over 103 medics and rescue workers have been killed since March 2. Not numbers. First responders. Lives that held other lives together.

We shouldn't be surprised that the media erased the Muslim victim in the Golders Green attack. After all, they have spent two and a half years ignoring hundreds of thousands of Muslim deaths in Gaza and the Middle East. Minimising violence against Muslims is what they do.

He's been charged with the attempted murders of three people. The third is Ishmail Hussein. Why don't the Met Police mention that in their tweet? It's buried in the press release, but why in practise downplay the gravity of the crime?

Essa Suleiman faces three charges of attempted murder But Keir Starmer and Shabana Mahmood spend an entire day giving interviews and only mentioned two victims Why did Starmer and Mahmood only talk about the two Jewish victims and ignore the third, a Muslim victim? At 9:00am he was attacking the Muslim victim in Southwark At 11:15am he started his rampage in Golders Green attacking two Jewish victims If the Met police caught him at 9am in Southwark there wouldn't have been the 11:15am incident in Golders Green Starmer and Mahmood rightly raise concern about the attack on the two Jewish men, but why are they silent over the attack on the Muslim man a coupe of hours earlier? There's been wall-to-wall coverage of the Jewish victims, has anyone in the media reached out to the Muslim victim, Ishmail Hussein, for comment? If a Conservative Prime Minister and Home Secretary ignored one victim and focused on the other two, every Labour supporter would call them out for it But because it's a Labour PM and HS, every Labour voter is silent Starmer was meant to bring change to British politics, instead it's just more of the same Shame on Keir Starmer who is literally shaping an island of strangers

The attacker was mentally unwell and stabbed 3 victims, Jewish and Muslim, and has been charged with attempted murder (no terror charges). Clearly a horrific incident. But so heavily misreported by media and MPs who should be ashamed of themselves.

24+ hours on we hear that someone with a criminal record + a history of mental illness attacked a person he knew for 20 years. He was NOT Jewish. He then went to Golders Green It has NOTHING to do with @Keir_Starmer + I'm ashamed of my fellow Jews for their abuse yesterday!

Nigel Farage has been accused by multiple people he grew up with of extreme antisemitic comments and behaviour. Yet he's allowed to present himself as a champion of Jewish people. Meanwhile, our only Jewish leader, Zack Polanski, is smeared - because he opposes genocide.
Paul Brand@PaulBrandITV

Nigel Farage is in Golders Green this morning, where he is claiming that sources have told him IRGC operatives have crossed the channel in recent weeks. He brushes off claims about his past alleged comments about Jewish people and says community can trust him to keep them safe.

UK lawyers sent a detailed 240 page report to the MET Police detailing War Crimes committed in Gaza by 10 British Nationals who have returned to the UK. The MET refused to prosecute. And THEY claim the streets are unsafe. I wonder why?

A national emergency has not been declared after a Muslim woman was targeted in a hit and run in South London. As she is the wrong type of victim, media coverage is to be kept minimal. There will be no suggestion the UK has become unsafe for Muslims. Thank you for your attention.

This BBC article should read "charged with attempted murder of two Jews and a Muslim." Or is a Muslim life not worth the same as a Jew?
