@2of Absolutely, but it’s also essential that the NHS provide high quality curative and palliative care as well as end of life choices, otherwise I fear that the end of life choices may prove attractive to patients for the wrong reasons.

@2of Such a difficult subject, choosing between complex curative treatment and palliative care can be a very difficult decision - when there is a third choice of “assisted dying” I can only imagine the quandary. I am of course in favour of allowing those with capacity choices.
