#mnwild injury update: forwards Yakov Trenin (upper body) and Mats Zuccarello (upper body) will not play tonight vs. Dallas.

The #mnwild falls, 4-2, in Game 2 as Dallas evens the series 1-1. Brock Faber scored twice for Minnesota while Jesper Wallstedt stopped 28-of-31 shots faced. The series heads to St. Paul for Game 3 this Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. CT on @NHL_On_TNT, @FanDuelSN_NOR and @KFAN1003.

The #mnwild has now scored a goal in all 82 games this season, marking the first campaign in franchise history the team has never been shut out. #mnwild beats Vegas, 4-2, and moves to 37-16-10 on the season. Mats Zuccarello, Zach Bogosian, Michael McCarron (1-1=2) and Vladimir Tarasenko all scored for Minnesota. Filip Gustavsson stopped 30-of-32 shots faced in the win.

Per #NHLStats, with his assist on Zuccarello's second-period goal, Boldy factored on seven consecutive Minnesota goals dating to Feb. 26. He matched Jason Zucker (Nov. 6-11, 2017), Marian Gaborik (Dec. 20-22, 2007 & Feb. 10-17, 2007) and Pavol Demitra (Feb.10-17, 2007) for the longest stretch in #mnwild history.

Per #NHLStats, the 11-game assist streak ties Mark Howe (1979-80 w/ HFD) for the second-longest point streak by a defenseman in their first season with a franchise, behind only Steve Duchesne (15 GP in 1992-93 w/ QUE).

#mnwild Olympic roundup: 🇺🇸: Quinn Hughes was named the tournament's Best Defender after leading all defensemen in scoring with eight points (1-7=8) in six games and helping Team USA win Gold.

With his first period assist, Quinn Hughes extends his assist streak to 10 games, the longest such streak in #mnwild history. He owns 17 points (2-15=17) during the streak.

Per #NHLStats, Quinn Hughes (2-25—27 in 23 GP) tied Paul Coffey (23 GP w/ PIT) and Sergei Zubov (23 GP w/ PIT) as the fastest defenseman in NHL history to record 25 assists with a franchise.

#mnwild winger Kirill Kaprizov posted three assists today in Buffalo to record his seventh three-point game this season. It marked his 46th career game with three or more points.

With two points (1-1=2) tonight, #mnwild defenseman Quinn Hughes has now tallied 18 points (2-16=18) in 17 games with Minnesota. He ranks T-2nd in scoring among NHL defensemen and T-5th in the NHL in assists since Dec. 14.
