One other frustrating aspect of the Phillies' current situation... Dombrowski took over as head of baseball ops for the 2021 season. We're in season No. 6. Where is the promised improvement in the farm system? It's still a bottom-10 system. There are no star players on the horizon other than Aidan Miller, and he may not play baseball this year with a bad back. What has everyone been doing these last six years?
