This was the best thing Warren had done- tax filing should be easy, free and automatic like it is in other countries.
This is the worst thing that @DOGE could possibly cut.

My dad passed away 5 years ago today.
He battled a brain tumor for over 9 years, first being diagnosed when he was in his late 30s with 5 young kids. I'm the oldest.
Before he passed away, I got the opportunity to write a book for him called "Everybody Needs a Brain Tumor." He had just suffered a stroke and lost movement in his hand, so every day for 6 months (in between graduating and starting my first full-time job), I would write his story for him. It was an opportunity I will cherish for the rest my life.
We published it one year before he passed away and have sold thousands of copies, with all the proceeds being donated to Brain Tumor research. It's a quick 3-hour read that shares a message of life, hope, and positivity in difficult times (Link here: amazon.com/Everybody-Need…).
This morning I took some time to read through a few chapters and I wanted to share the final paragraph from the book:
"May we think of tough times as opportunities: Opportunities to learn. Opportunities to serve. Opportunities to bring our world a little closer together. Some people look at my situation and think, “Wow, that poor man. He has been battling a brain tumor for eight years.” Yes, I’ve experienced some things that have been discouraging, but I still have so much to be grateful for. Every morning and night I get on my knees and thank God that I’ve been given just one more day. Every day is a huge opportunity. This brain tumor is an opportunity. An opportunity to live life as it ought to be lived.
And, as hard as it may be, I am grateful for that opportunity."
Life is hard. Many of you have lost parents, family members and close friends. But I hope we can all take a step back for a few minutes today and appreciate the many opportunities we have.
Every day, including today, is a huge opportunity.

If you make a six figure salary, most content out there around side hustles and entrepreneurship doesn't apply to you.
You have a career, maybe one that doesn't fulfill you like you would like, but its not worth throwing it all away to chase a "startup" with very low chances of success.
It also doesn't make sense to start driving uber after you work 60 hour weeks to try to earn enough to quit.
You need a different playbook.
One that ensures you're building something that doesn't jeopardize your current job, but also has enough upside potential for you to finally quit one day, and while you're at it, might as well do something that fulfills you.
I've been working on building a community with another badass creator that left her six-figure medical career after she started a side hustle that made her over $1M.
She didn't have to quit her job, deliver door dash or risk $1 until she knew what she had built was working.
We are a few weeks away from having it where we want it, but if a being a part of a private community of six figure earners serious about building something on the side sounds interesting to you, comment "Launch" below and I'll get you a waitlist link when its ready.

We worked with a bank for 25 years.
To us, they were great.
But they had a terrible reputation.
All of my friends hated them.
For years, we decided not to sweat it.
All stayed good.
Then our long-time loan officer left.
And we learned what had really happened.
Our hero loan officer had been a master navigating his org.
And the new people didn’t have that.
We eventually quit the bank.
I learned that we all think we do business with companies.
But you’re really working with people.
If they change, it can wrong fast.

I had an insane work week but it’s #MarchMadness so naturally I sat down and looked at every Mens NCAA tourney game played since 1985 to see if March Madness has gotten even MADDER!! Here are my findings - a 🧵

@awilkinson Great message! What’re some effective questions to do this well? (An idea for a follow-up thread…)
