Why did the Commonwealth present *similar* boxing gloves and *similar* headgear as worn by Enrique Delgado-Garcia as exhibits for the grand jury, but his *actual* mouthpiece and hand wraps were included?? Why would the actual mouthpiece and hand wraps he was wearing be used for exhibits, but not the actual gloves and headgear he was wearing?🤨 Where are Enrique’s gloves and headgear? And why was the grand jury seeking the boxing gloves worn by “trainee no. 2”? What did the email from State Police legal counsel say in response to the subpoena for the boxing gloves? Were trainee 2’s gloves ever turned over? Did either of them even wear gloves?😳

Rewatching Allie McCabe's testimony and knowing what we know now about her Life360 data, I'm realizing how vague her answers were to Lally's questions. She didn't know exactly what time she "picked Colin up", or even what door he supposedly came out of. Because it didn't happen.

If the House Suspects can be in court for these hearings, why the hell can't they show up for their depositions? Can someone please answer me that? They can come to court and go to Aruba but not to the depos for the lawsuit they filed? Or for the lawsuit the O'Keefe's filed?
Also, Judge Gildea is not having Colin's bs military excuse either. Tuxbury needs to get his ass in there ASAP. No one told him to run off to the military in the middle of a war. This shit is a joke.

📌In the growing web of connections surrounding the Karen Read case is ATF Agent Matt Kelsch. He has been identified as a close friend of Brian Higgins, and has drawn scrutiny after allegations that he assisted Higgins in extracting data from his phone and obtaining only what was needed.

Judge Gildea isn’t.
In addition, as someone who has been through basic training, what Colin Albert’s lawyer just said is NOT TRUE. You don’t go to some secret “holding school” for three weeks before being shipped off to an unknown/undisclosed basic training site. You know exactly where you are going for basic before you leave your home state and there are only a few options (2 for like 90% of people).
Colin and his lawyers are playing games and this “he could be anywhere” routine is part of them.

Here is the Holy Trinity Church in Stare Mesto, Bratislava. This Baroque Style church is actually the Church of St. John of Matha and St. Felix of Valois but due to its connections to the Monastic Trinitarian Order it was given this name. It was built on the older site of the Church of St. Michael which was demolished in 1529 during the Ottoman Wars.
