At PDSB, we’re celebrating Nutrition Month by spotlighting the amazing work happening in the Hospitality & Tourism class at Judith Nyman Secondary School. This month, students have been busy in the kitchen putting their skills into action. Working together, they prepared homemade chicken noodle soup during a hands-on lab, learning practical kitchen techniques while discovering how to create a healthy, delicious meal on a budget.
