After four great years of work and support for #Gibraltar, it's People and its government, Vice Admiral Sir David Steel KBE left the Rock today. He can be proud of the time he has spent amongst us. He leaves as "ONE OF US". Always welcome to return to his home on the Mediterranean whenever and for as long as he wishes. Always welcome to return to the many, life long, friends he has made on this final tour in public service. Godspeed. Fair winds and following seas, dear friend!
