Chicago Bulls two-way player Mac McClung has been named the 2025-26 Kia NBA G League Most Valuable Player for his play with the Windy City Bulls. This is McClung’s second MVP honor, making him the first player in league history to win multiple awards after earning the 2023–24 G League MVP with the Osceola Magic. McClung is the second Windy City Bulls player to win the award, joining Carlik Jones (2022-23).
McClung averaged a league-high 31.8 points, 7.9 assists and 3.6 rebounds, while shooting 51.5 percent from the field and 38.1 percent from three-point range in 40 games for Windy City.
Houston Rockets two-way guard Tristen Newton (Rio Grande Valley Vipers) and Stockton Kings guard-forward DaQuan Jeffries finished second and third, respectively, in voting by league head coaches and general managers.
