First, the Govt Ministers sit on TV shows saying that Sulaiman and Kasim will be granted visas if they apply, claiming they have not applied for visas to visit Pakistan. When we provided their tracking numbers for visa applications, this man (Atta Tarar) says they should travel on their NICOP. Who is he to decide how they travel to Pakistan? Does this Govt Minister even realizes that he has made a statement which is against the law of Pakistan? The law gives every citizen the right to travel by NICOP or on valid visas.

We have been stopped by the police before reaching the gate of Adiala Jail. The road has been deliberately blocked to prevent us from proceeding any further. The official release from PIMS hospital claims that Imran Khan was administered his second eye injection in the middle of the night. If they have nothing to hide, why are they refusing to allow us to meet our brother? If they have nothing to hide, and if they expect us to believe that he is receiving proper medical treatment, why are his personal doctors not being allowed to examine him? If they have nothing to hide, why has he been kept in solitary confinement for more than four months, with the exception of three 20-minute visits granted to our sister, Dr. Uzma Khan, the last of which was on December 2, 2025? Our demand remains clear and unchanged: Imran Khan must be immediately examined and treated at Shifa International Hospital (Islamabad) under the supervision of his personal doctors and in the presence of his family members.

When the law requires that family be informed before any medical procedure is conducted on a prisoner, why was the family not informed? We do not trust the diagnosis or test reports from Government medical facilities. There are already reports coming from PIMS that the doctors are being threatened with serious consequences if any information is leaked about Imran Khan. What are they Hiding? Our family rejects their reports even if they issue these doctored reports to the public. We stand by our demand that Imran Khan be examined and treated in Shifa International (Islamabad) by specialists, under the supervision of Imran Khan’s personal doctors and in the presence of his family. PIMS (Govt Hospital) is not equipped to treat anyone for the alleged condition that has developed in Imran Khan’s eye. It is criminal what this Government is doing, and they will be held accountable for each and every violation and crime they are committing against Imran Khan. #ShiftKhanToShifaInternational

It is critical and urgent that Imran Khan be examined and treated at a proper medical facility. Our recommendations to CJP clearly demanded that he be examined and treated at Shifa International Hospital (Islamabad) by specialist doctors, under the supervision of his personal physicians and in the presence of his family members. It is extremely unfortunate that Chief Justice Yahya Afridi expressed satisfaction with the doctors’ visit to Adiala Jail and completely disregarded the family’s lawful and legitimate demands. What are they hiding? The extraordinary effort by the government and establishment to prevent Imran Khan from being properly examined, tested, and treated in a reputable tertiary care hospital, under the supervision of his own doctors and in the presence of his family, raises serious questions. Government ministers have falsely claimed that his treatment was delayed because the family insisted on their presence along with his personal doctors. This was not a delaying tactic; it was a necessary safeguard to ensure transparency, proper care, and his safety. The additional doctor who accompanied the PIMS doctor to Adiala Jail was sent ONLY for examination, not treatment. What kind of comprehensive examinations can be conducted inside a jail facility, which lacks the equipment, environment, and safeguards of a proper hospital? The PIMS doctors, along with a specialist from Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, were sent to Adiala Jail on Monday, 16th February, to show compliance with the deadline set by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi. However, on Tuesday, 17th February, Imran Khan conveyed a message through Bushra Bibi via her daughter, clearly stating that he was NOT satisfied with the doctors’ visit or the treatment being provided, and he specifically asked that his blood tests should be conducted in the presence of his personal doctors, Dr. Asim and Dr. Faisal. We REJECT any medical reports drawn up as a result of examinations conducted in the absence of Imran Khan’s personal physicians and family member. URGENCY IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE.

Earlier today, we were stopped at Chakri police post by the police. When we informed them that we intended to leave and proceed to Islamabad, they unlawfully blocked us and detained us there for the next four hours. We have now been released and are on our way to Islamabad. Our family will, InshaAllah, hold a press conference in Banigala at 7:30 pm.

We categorically REJECT all the medical reports circulating in the media regarding Imran Khan. Our doctor, Dr. Asim Yousif spoke to the doctors last night, who explained the procedure and treatment carried out, but as Dr. Asim Yousuf stated in his video, there is NO way for us to verify any of this. Now we are even more concerned and worried and our demand remains unchanged: Imran Khan must be urgently transferred to a proper medical facility (Shifa International Hospital Islamabad) where he shall be examined by qualified specialists under Dr. Asim Yousuf’s supervision and in the presence of his family. Tomorrow, we will be at Adiala Jail at 1:30pm, and we expect the authorities to allow us to meet Imran Khan as this is his legal right. The family will also hold a press conference outside Adiala at 4pm after our meeting with Imran Khan.

It is deeply shocking and irresponsible that a respected newspaper like Dawn published a planted report from a FAKE account falsely attributed to Noreen Niazi on its front page, without any verification from her. This raises extremely serious concerns for us and further undermines our trust in the government’s intentions and the information being circulated. Please note that my sister’s real account on X is @Noreen_KhanPK , please report all other accounts as they are all fake. Our position has been clear and consistent. Imran Khan must be urgently admitted to Shifa International Hospital (Islamabad) for proper examination and treatment. His personal doctors have already provided the government with several acceptable specialist options. Any tests and treatment are only acceptable to our family if conducted in the physical presence and supervision of his personal doctor, Dr Asim Yusuf and Dr Nausherwan Burki representing the family. We had previously nominated Dr Uzma Khan to represent our family, but we were informed that none of Imran Khan’s sisters would be allowed to be present. Therefore, we have complete faith and trust in Dr Nausherwan Burki, who is like an elder brother to us, to represent our family. It is extremely concerning and unacceptable that the government is resisting the presence of Imran Khan’s personal doctor and family representative during his examination and treatment. Without the physical presence of both his personal doctor and family representative, we categorically REJECT any claims made by the government regarding his examination, treatment, or medical condition.

Our demand has been clear from the beginning: Imran Khan has to be examined and treated by specialist doctors in the presence of his personal doctor (Dr. Asim Yousaf) along with a family member present at Shifa International in Islamabad. The Govt rejected the specialist recommended by our doctors, so they were provided with alternative names. We had given Dr. Uzma Khan’s name to represent our family. We were told that Imran Khan’s sisters will not be permitted and we must provide an alternative name to represent the family. We then gave them our cousin Dr. Nausherwan Burki’s name to represent the family. We are very disturbed when they rejected his name as well. This is unacceptable! Our concerns are growing as to WHY are they rejecting our family member to be present? Are both names (Dr. Uzma and Dr. Nausherwan) being rejected because they are highly qualified doctors?

A Govt Minister has tweeted that a medicial board is being set up for Imran khan. Secondly, we are hearing in news that Imran Khan is to be shifted to Al Shifa eye hospital in Rawalpindi. Our demand has been clear from the beginning. Imran khan shall not be given any treatment WITHOUT the presence and approval of his personal doctors and family members. We do NOT accept any medical board they set up and control! We do NOT accept any reports or results they manufacture. Our family is getting extremely worried as to why they are resisting the selection of specialists advised by Imran Khan’s personal doctors. Why are they rejecting the supervision by Imran Khan’s personal doctors? Why are they rejecting the presence of Imran Khan’s family members? Why such fierce resistance? Are they hiding something?

The Chief Justice of Pakistan had directed that Imran Khan be allowed to speak with his sons. We can confirm that he was able to speak with them for approximately 20 minutes. His sons shared that he was extremely happy to hear their voices after such a long time. We are now awaiting his urgent medical treatment at Shifa International Hospital Islamabad under the supervision of his personal doctors, where specialist doctors must make every possible effort to restore his eyesight. The intentional delay in providing him timely treatment has already caused damage to his eyesight. We cannot and will not tolerate any further delay, and immediate specialist care is essential to prevent any permanent loss of vision.

Our lawyers waited all day on Thursday the 12th and all day Friday the 13th, for written court orders from Supreme Court. The order should have been for Imran Khan to be shifted to Shifa International Hospital. Emergency Orders for his immediate examination and treatment by specialist doctors under supervision of his personal doctors. Unfortunately the Chief Justice departed on an urgent tour in Punjab. That is the information given to our lawyers as they waited at the Supreme Court. The urgent and pressing matter for our CJP (taking precedence over the extreme urgency to save Imran Khan’s eye sight in his right eye) we are told is to watch the jeep rally in Cholistan. Ofcourse this could be totally fabricated information! The CJP will be back in office on the 16th Feb. The same date he set as deadline for Imran Khan to be seen by specialists for treatment. Without a court order for the Govt, Imran Khan is certainly not going to receive any emergency medical care. The court order has to wait until the CJP returns to office on Monday from the cholistan jeep rally! Since CJP didn't give a court order for Imran Khan’s treatment, people will have to support us to ensure there is enough pressure on the Govt, so they will allow him to be treated at Shifa International Hospital. #KhanNeedsUrgentTreatment

A detailed report by the “Amicus Curiae” appointed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan on the health and prison conditions of arbitrarily detained former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan reveals disturbing details of serious human rights violations, inhumane treatment, psychological torture, and deliberate medical neglect, which has resulted in 85% vision loss in his right eye. Here are some highlights from the report:

This is a clear conspiracy on the part of the government. We do not want Imran Khan to be treated at Al Shifa Rawalpindi. We have repeatedly and unequivocally stated that Imran Khan must be treated at Shifa International Hospital Islamabad, the facility where the identified specialists are based. The decision has been made by his personal doctors, and any examination or treatment must take place there, under the direct supervision of his personal medical team and Dr. Uzma Khan. There are serious concerns that he may be forcefully moved in the middle of the night to Al Shifa Eye Hospital, Rawalpindi without informing his family or his personal doctors. Afterwards, it may be falsely claimed that Imran Khan himself requested to be taken there. The reality is that he may not even be aware of this hospital’s existence. This is not acceptable as we have zero trust in those who are responsible for intentionally allowing his eye to deteriorate.

It is 3:40pm on Friday, 13th February, nearly 30 hours after the jail visit report was presented before the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Yet, no orders have been issued for Imran Khan to be shifted to Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad for examination and treatment by specialist doctors under the supervision of his personal medical team.

It is 1pm on Friday the 13th, and we still have not received the written order from the Supreme Court of Pakistan. We require formal written directions to ensure that Imran Khan is examined by specialists and treated under the supervision of his own doctors at Shifa International Hospital. In court, the Chief Justice set a deadline of Monday, 16 February 2026. However, this directive cannot be implemented without a written order from the court. Given the urgency and the risk to his eyesight, why has the CJP delayed issuing the written orders?

We have been waiting since yesterday for the written order from the Chief Justice of Pakistan. Nearly 24 hours have passed, and we still have not received it. At the same time, the Chief Justice set a deadline of 16th February for Imran Khan to receive immediate treatment from specialist doctors. Our position is clear and unequivocal, Imran Khan must be examined and treated by specialists, in the presence of his personal doctors, at Shifa International.
