Yea in retrospect, killing every single god that was basically holding the reflections together (willfully or not) in the span of apparently less than a year, would have some side effects.

This panel about the new FF14 evolved mode is insane. They're literally putting a solution to every problem the current battle design is dealing with. More job identity, less fixed rotation and the death of the 2mn meta to create more interesting encounters is HUGE
