The way you can be toxic in a team, sometimes you can be the guy who is very vocal and you can see the reaction of the player. But at least when you see the reaction of the player, you know that you need to talk with that player and you can approach the issues. But if you have players who are simply not talking and just building, inside, some sort of disconnect from the team, I would say that this is even worse toxicity. And I believe that we are not in the best spot when it comes to team vibes, and that's something we are working on and will be working in the future."
