No merger has happened. Only the original party can legally merge. Now, the RS Chairman will act as a tribunal & must deliver a decision within 3 months. If a merger is allowed & then if challenged in court, it will be struck down, leading to all 7 MPs losing their membership.
गुजरात में भाजपा को आम आदमी पार्टी का इतना खौफ है कि अब आम आदमी पार्टी गुजरात के फेसबुक और इंस्टाग्राम पेज को भी बंद करवा दिया गया है। पिछले एक महीने में AAP गुजरात के FACEBOOK ओर INSTAGRAM को 8 करोड़ से ज्यादा लोगों ने देखा है। यह सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म गुजरात की जनता की आवाज बन रहे थे, ओर यह आवाज को कुचलने का प्रयास सरकार की ओर से किया गया है। अगर भाजपा ने जनता के काम किए होते तो यह सब करने की नौबत नहीं आती। गुजरात की जनता समझदार है, भाजपा को इस तानाशाही का जवान देगी।
