@Rebellionaire your greater point is valid but you say “we spent years funding” but that isn’t how it works since when you buy a stock Tesla doesn’t get the money. they raised capital via stock sale a long time ago.

Full Self Driving just saved our family from a highway speed collision with a guy who basically almost pit maneuvered me in my blind spot.
When the reaction kicks in, it was like a forcefield, pushed us one lane over into empty drivable space. FSD is 1000x better than any insurance plan

You will notice that I never discussed yet the "fairness" of any merger offer, but discussed its advantages on governance and if timed correctly the massive upside of index inclusions. If the offer is not fair, you (and the two Boards) will hear me loud and clear. This is my retirement money and I will defend my and your interests.
Hence now being criticized for "valuations that I never put out there", is rich.
Also when I hear "retail funded robotaxi", I wonder if people understand how the stock market works. You don't fund anything; you buy a share from a seller of a share. This money does not go to the company, lol. And professionals clearly know this.
Also now suddenly criticizing the company for not having launched new models many quarters ago seems like reheating old grudges that have long healed.
So there is a lot of propaganda happening and I still wonder why.

We agree with Jo Bhakdi, Cern Basher, Tesla Boomer Mama, Randy Kirk, Herbert and others that Tesla should be worth a _lot_ more ONCE Robotaxi and/or Optimus kick off. Here Jo argues that Tesla should be worth $6,000 in 2031 in his base case, but because there are so many eyes on $TSLA then there is no way it could be fundamentally mispriced by Wall Street and the public. Yes, Jo says he doesn’t think it will trade fully at these valuations. But even if it is half these valuations, then it is underpriced today. Bare minimum the market is pricing one of two things: (1) a low probability of success (especially on Optimus), and (2) longer timeframes until scale is reached. If Jo is correct that the market is accurately pricing $TSLA based on all available information, then his base case projection for the value of Tesla is wrong because the market is not pricing in 50% chance Tesla hits those numbers in 2031.

@StirlingForge looks to me he is driving very aggressively, came on on slower traffic merging into traffic, looking at his passenger side to avoid getting side swiped merges into CT lane.
had FSD not been active its very possible there would have been a massive wreck. FSD is like magic 🪄
