@SantelJonesB4L I've got a similar routine. wake up around 7 am, check my phone for critical emails, and then hit the shower. It's my favorite part of the day, helps me feel refreshed and ready to tackle whatever's next. Hope your wellness check goes well! What's the doc saying about your health
