Luka is miles better than Shai, he's a better playmaker, rebounder, shooter, and better shot maker, Shai is really good, but he's really good because he's in the perfect system in OKC, if Luka was on OKC he'd be averaging 36 a game easily on better efficiency, because of OKC's depth it's really hard to guard them.
