English

@onnoffscale Realgood nuggets, tuna, quest chips, eggs, chicken, protein cereal
English

@onnoffscale my limit is actually 1.3k umm but i usually eat around 1k or less ! I get minimum 70g each day.. I use protein powder to make waffles (40p / ~400cals) & always add beans to my rice !! it helps w constipation too bc fiber :3
English

@onnoffscale egg whites are the way to go if you have a protein goal. just cook some egg whites with lettuce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and chili flakes. super low cal and you still get some veggies in. you can add ground beef and onions too, it'll taste way better
English

@onnoffscale i obsess over getting enough protein so most of my meals involve protein...I'm autistic and eat a lot of the same things so I get it from tuna, chicken alfredo (microwavable, healthy choice brand), protein bars, and chicken salad...
English

@onnoffscale i eat 500-700 cals and protein is normally in the 40-50s :p i always have greek yogurt for one of my meals and the other one (which is normally bigger) i make sure the protein is my base (like tofu or sweet potato or smth like that)
English

@onnoffscale *comments immediately cuz i just refreshed following section* the answer is i dont know and i dont know 😇😇😇
English

@onnoffscale I eat between 600-750 and about 65-90g of protien daily, i eat Healthy Choice frozen meals, tuna, pure protien drinks(literally lowest cal protien drinks ive ever found), smoothies, and fairlife fat free milk hope this is helpful 🙏🏻
English

@onnoffscale i usually have around 1000cals daily However i all my meals Must have some protein.. i have a soy protein powder i use almost always, if not then i'll have protein yogurts or protein bars
English

@onnoffscale my limit is 1000 and my protein goal is 60g which might be high idk but I achieve it with a premiere protein shake (30g, 150cal) and protein bars and lots of chicken and tuna
English

@onnoffscale I never tracked my macros when I was restricting, honestly I kinda ate like shit 😭
English

@onnoffscale Protein weetabix with semi skim milk is 18g of protein for ~300 cals thats like my go to breakfast and if I want more volume i mix in some water to make the weetabix absorb more and expand or wtv :] i average 40g with that as breakfast and some form of chicken or dairy for dinner
English

@onnoffscale on average i eat about 50-60g, and i just use higher protein alternatives to certain food like protein turkey bacon! and a lot of chicken. i love chicken 😌
English

@onnoffscale can of tuna my fave its usually packed with protein for minimum calories. tuna is genuinely amazing i could eat it forever
English

@onnoffscale my cal intakes around 900-1k and i usually 80-100 g daily !
English

@onnoffscale my favorite ever food is bacon, ive seen many american brands being extremely high in cal but i eat 4 strips (60g, 130kcal) in almost like every meal w lemon cause its so heavenly
English

@onnoffscale uhhh not enough but occasionally eating meat (even if it’s an omad :( )
English

@onnoffscale i try to stay anywhere near 50g bc i don't want to build muscle but i do want my meals to be more filling. protein shakes and protein bars are helpful, and i will normally have a high protein low cal meat as part of my dinner ei tuna, ground turkey, or lean beef
English

@onnoffscale um um um I don't rly count the protein bc idk how 😭😭😭
English

@onnoffscale at 1000 cals i try to eat at least 60-70 grams, but it really depends on the day tbh, might go up to 90 or under 50 on any given day. chicken, tuna, salmon slices, greek yogurt, eggs/eggwhites are all goated. currently focusing on fiber tho (at least 20g)
English

@onnoffscale 1000 calories worth of non fat cottage cheese is like 160 grams of protein so….
