@0xdevghost @TosinOlugbenga You need to understand that AI development is continuous. That extent you're waiting for, Claude developers have already seen it and are working towards Claude being able to handle it as well. That's the whole idea of AI.

Instead of people to hire developers now, they just buy AI credits. And in most cases they don’t care about system design or software architecture, the moment the app they vibe coded is working….thats all. And I get, most time those applications are deeply flawed but they are mostly not even aware.

I really enjoy being the beginning and foundation of a project rather than inheriting a heavily messy codebase. I understand why people end up frustrated with previous engineers when they open some systems and see the kind of decisions that were made. Starting from scratch gives me the opportunity to enforce structure and build something maintainable from the ground up. Sometimes I open a codebase and genuinely feel drained just working through it. Why would someone just scatter raw SQL queries everywhere instead of using proper abstractions or ORMs? It makes the code harder to maintain than it needs to be 😅
