GM CT @XOOBNetwork : At some point I started questioning how rewards are even decided in most campaigns because it never really made sense people put in real effort and still get overlooked while others with numbers alone take most of the value that is when I came across the idea of tracking things on chain and it changed how I see it instead of guessing who did well everything becomes more transparent you can actually see the actions the consistency and the real contribution behind the scenes XOOB Network made that stand out for me because it ties rewards to what you actually do not just what it looks like on the surface and that makes the whole system feel a lot more fair and worth putting effort into @3look_oi The way social media rewards people is starting to shift For a long time it has mostly been about visibility and hoping it turns into something more but that gap is becoming harder to ignore Platforms like 3look are trying to close that gap by tying effort directly to rewards in a more structured way If this model keeps improving it could change how people approach posting completely Not just chasing moments but building something that actually compounds over time
