Even when you quote both verses, you still lose.
Philippians 2:12-13 says to ‘work out your own salvation’ because ‘it is God which worketh in you.’
That’s the complete opposite of the Catholic position.
Catholics teach that you must do works in order to be saved.
The Bible here says you do works because God is already working in you.
One says works cause salvation.
The other says salvation causes works.
You’re still trying to use a verse that proves salvation comes first to support your belief that works come first. That’s actually impressive levels of missing the point.
@GloryBeeGod4evr See you at the mass tomorrow.
P.s she died miserable because she relied on her works to save her soul and not Jesus’ finished work on the cross
Good morning! May this new day bring you peace, grace, and abundant blessings. May God guide your steps, protect you from every evil, and fill your heart with joy and strength. May your work be fruitful, your mind be at peace, and your home be filled with love. May the Lord’s favor shine upon you today and always. Amen
Dont listen to the mentally slow. As you can see from this map that Pauls last trip was to Rome. Antioch was a tourist zone where many different languages were spoken. Greek was todays English. Anyone who would trust a Latin Roman translation of the Bible is incapable of putting 2+2 together. Rome had no choice but to hijack the gospel because everyone had already heard it and news spread fast. What better way for the devil to work as a false light with a false version of the gospel
“Buddy ran to John 6 thinking it was gonna save him?
Jesus spent half the chapter talking about eating His flesh, then immediately said in verse 63, ‘The flesh profiteth nothing.’
He gave you the answer key in the same chapter and you still chose to ignore it so you could keep playing cannibal every Sunday.
You didn’t misunderstand John 6. You straight up rejected what Jesus clearly explained in John 6. That’s not confusion — that’s rebellion.”
