Had a blast talking about spectral femininity in Shirley Jackson’s ‘Nightmare’ at @2019Encapsulate, and was really impressed by the excellent panels and papers. Kudos to @rosiecouch, @smitgar27, @JuliePrimon et al. for organising a fab conference.

Whitehead didn't write about ethics, but was more concerned with the foundations of metaphysics. Thus, generally, process isn't morally good or bad, but is simply process. However, this doesn't encourage a lack of agency #encapsualate2019

Coleridge resists prioritising any individual meaning and enjoys examining a subject from various perspectives. This can be linked to her opinions on gendered identities #encapsulate2019

Nerida suggests that traditional categorisation of Coleridge's work does not take into account her full oeuvre. Her novels are usually interpreted via the lens of her poetry #encapsulate2019
