on my drive back home i was thinking about why i love ddvau so much and a small part was bc we know next to NOTHING and it’s fueled me into creating scenarios that are so detached from canon it’s humorous but such a fun no strings way to stay creative UGHSHK

ddvau is exactly the type of story that i love because sure it’s got slice of life, romcom, and silly goofy moments but it also covers deeper topics if you’re willing to engage with it

there’s so many things i could talk about from how they did such a fantastic job at translating mannerisms of the ccs to the unintentional (?) rep they’ve done with scar and grian

in spanish it depends on where it’s at in the word, but at the beginning it’s got a sss sound. which is why when you run “scar” through in spanish it sounds the same but completely changes in english

you don’t understand i’m reading too much into “everyone calls me scar”
like of course you’re complying by going along with the name that’s easier for everyone around you instead of your actual name because you don’t want it to be hard for them to say your name. of course!
