@kyriewolves @MIK3MCDANIEL Pre Achilles Hali as a primary ball handler with castle off ball, shooters and wemby would be a cheat code. No one the spurs can throw a lob to wemby and adding hali as a playmaker is like an extra 10 points per game. Efficiency is going to improve with better shot quality.

@YetiMoose @DevInTheLab Which is why I said he isn’t necessarily wrong. They have to build around his defensive flaws. Also not every guard can score the ball like Brunson can. If Brunson was a worse scorer and still being hunted on defense do you think that the Knicks still win?

@ftggpojack @DevInTheLab Not 100% because it’s about the value you can provide while also being hunted. If you’re a net negative teams won’t want to play you. Kd said this too, if you can score and play make on the other end it’s worth it for a team to play you and hide you on defense.

@DanKelley66 Celtics have possession where there is literally no person within 2 steps of the paint, all Giannis will have to do is beat his defender 1 on 1 and he would have an open look at the rim. If they choose to commit more it’s a pass to an open 3 it’s literally a match made in heaven
