Patient presented with severe abdominal pain, vital signs notable for hypotension. Bedside US demonstrated concern for free air within the portal/biliary system. Workup found severe ischemic colitis! @ACMCEM

We are lucky enough to perform TEE ultrasound in our ED! TEE gives incredible images of the heart and can help guide resuscitations, especially during cardiac arrests. @ACMCEM

Elderly male presented with chest pain s/p MVC. Reproducible with palpation over the sternum. CXR normal. Bedside US used to diagnose a sternal fracture!

Patient was noted to have extremely poor EF. A large pleural effusion was noted on initial echo, and further seen in the second clip.

Great input! The main finding noted is the mass in the left atrium. Formal echo demonstrated a left atrial thrombus.
