@RealMNchiefsfan The current system demands record profits every month/quarter, which is obviously unsustainable. You don't attract investors with slow and steady, so you have to either be doing record business or you're a failure and a bunch of people lose their jobs.

Can someone who understands business/industry/media better than me explain why media companies are constantly expanding, expanding, expanding until they have to lay off a bunch of people?
I've always wondered. It's every single site/company/etc in that cycle.

@ManyATrueNerd Yeah, it's going for spectacle over substance, which is actually a lot of the problems with prequel and sequel trilogy Star Wars. It's fun and cool to watch, but it's not clear or good storytelling.

Also, I think one specific thing to note is that, because we cut to a new angle every two seconds, and they're both using the same colour lightsaber, and the blows are happening so fast, Anakin's mostly on the offensive, but it's such a frenetic blur so that doesn't read clearly.

@cdotharrison I think most people just wanted Matt Nagy gone, and have a very positive association with the first Bieniemy tenure for various reasons.

For the final 2 months of the regular season, the common sentiment amongst Chiefs fans was they wanted to see change. They wanted new and fresh. The first big move of the offseason, the Chiefs don’t interview anyone to hire their old OC and the move is celebrated.

This is bizarre. The people at the NYC comptroller's office looked at their city's account and saw that $80 million was missing, and realized the feds took it.
Can the federal govt really go into a city or state's bank account and just take money anytime it wants?
