Just exchanged on a stunner at £400k OVER asking price after a big negotiation battle.
Great result for our client from £1.8m up to £2.2m, exchanged in 6 weeks. Dead chuffed.
Vendor is now disputing my 1.5% (+VAT) fee. #ffs
