I wonder how many aggressors jump people with a gun takes it and kill the victim. They were actively fighting in close combat. Anything can happen like the aggressor would emediately wrestle the man for the gun and shoot the victim on purpose or on accident. The only fault here is that the guy seems to excessively pull the trigger more than 3 times and as the guy being shot moves his arms around the shooter could say that I didn't know he was not armed and I was not waiting for him to pull up his weapon. We couldn't see the guy on the floor because of the car in the way

Are you saying he took water that touched the ground and not all were from what fell in his roof therefore, he got in trouble for stopping the ground stream from flowing?
