@merixhunter One thing I wonder though, is the seed urn meant to grant a nen beast relative to the persons will? It could also be meant to attach to/activate with a part of their humanity the host has no interest in being. It could very well be the kingly version of them it projects against

@ALAIT_Pod I agree that she seems sincere but there’s something off about the way she cultivates the love and affection around her imo, like a, well, cult. If (or rather, when) something sinister manifests it will be because of her influence, intentional or not

Chapter 385 is one of my favorite chapters in all of HxH. It really stands out in the middle of such a wordy arc by building its nerve-wracking tension silently and so effectively. Felt like I was having a panic attack worrying for Theta the first time I read it, it’s so good

@gonzonaro I think in context with a fresh memory, much of the material is like to land better...and even still - recall aside there are bits and pieces that continued to land with more gravity on the next several re-reads after my first. Hoping you have a similarly enjoyable experience
