The bowling bag purse originated in the 1920s-1950s The Bobby socks she’s wearing were popular fashion in the 1940s-1950s. They became popular again in the 80s and many Gen X, millennial and Gen Z wore them as well. This is a Bobby Soxer shoot; Bobby Soxers wore polo shirts or tight knit sweaters with pleated or poodle skirts paired with white ankle sucks [ruffled or cuffed] with saddle shoes/penny loafers It is meant to invoke early 20th century modern preppy style and if she wore boho braids, a buss down or locs it would still invoke this same style; the neck down makes this way. People critiquing this based on her hairstyle alone????? are texturist, colorist etc.
