Dr. Ergogie Tesfaye, Minister of Women and Social Affairs of Ethiopia, delivered the keynote address, warmly welcoming youth leaders, dignitaries, and partners to this pre-event of the Second Africa Climate Summit (ACS2). ❝ Africa contributes less than 4% of global emissions, yet shoulders the greatest climate burdens.
