My baseline conviction since 3 years is consumer crypto needs to find PMF beyond speculation. Otherwise we stay culturally cringe to normies forever.
In its broadest sense, web3's USP is ownership. The real test of ownership is whether you can monetise what you own. In e-commerce, the thing worth monetising is your data.
This is particularly true right now. CACs are exploding & Web2 merchants still need months of cookies to guess what a customer is worth.
Meanwhile, Solana wallets are the richest consumer profiles that have ever existed. No web2 platform on earth shows you net worth, spending patterns, or activity across every app someone's touched. Holding time is a direct measure of loyalty. Governance votes are proof of engagement. All verifiable and its just sitting there.
Brands aren't tapping into it. Consumers aren't getting paid for it. So we've built the commerce layer that connects the two.
A @Collector_Crypt power user moving six figures in volume is a fundamentally different customer than a fresh wallet that dumped a dust $BP airdrop on day one. We let brands price that difference. Granular CAC per user. And the value flows back to the user in the form of discounts and perks.
Web3 is the wedge. Once Solana brands are on, we abstract the UX entirely.
This of course also works if the customer is an agent, same store, same logic. x402 is live on Solana. Agents pay over HTTP with USDC.
