🌍 The stakes go far beyond one directive. They touch the future of Europe’s social, environmental and human-rights protections.

⚠️ Worryingly, this shift comes amid growing US corporate pressure and a new far-right–backed majority in the European Parliament. Together, they’re creating the long-term risk of a “Trumpification” of EU policymaking.

🚨 EU negotiators have reached a political agreement on Omnibus I. If approved, Omnibus I would weaken the duties big companies have to identify and address risks in their supply chains, risks that fall hardest on workers, small suppliers and frontline communities.
