The European adder is the UK's only venomous snake, it is under a huge amount of threat in the UK.

Public perception can pose a huge barrier to species #conservation, and sadly the #adder is affected by this. The @AddersAmazing project is working to change this through public engagement and #education. Could you make an ‘adder stone’ and pass on the message near you?

This is a very interesting idea, adders suffer from persecution and habitat destruction if this can work, it could mitigate human wildlife conflict and make good use of road side verges. telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/11/2…
