Agar Hawk

Midnight. Sleep is here, tapping his watch. He wants me to board so we can be on our way. “Dreams await!” he promises. “Not like her” I say smiling and looking back over my shoulder. Sleep looks back in her direction too- “No…Not like her.”

It’s a gift. Please accept it.

You set an example for everyone in your orbit. You challenge, you console and you uplift. You confound and upend to alter perspective and perception. You shine harsh light in the shadows to point the way out. You do this not with judgment, but with witness, kindness and love.

She is the light that catches the sky in unexpected ways. She shows you things you wouldn’t dream. [📷 by me]

There are colours only some will see. We won’t understand them at first. But you will change how we see. [my 📷]

She has her own story. But she is woven into mine. She walks the trials of becoming, like Psyche before the gods. She is transformation. She is transcendence. She is my mirror, my compass, my friend.

Day 4: That’s Ok, Guam is roughly half-way.

You say a lot of the ‘right things’.

It was how she said “unfortunately”.

The sound of her voice looks like this.

She just smiled knowingly.

Sometimes the sun rises before the dawn. Sometimes it greets you before you feel it’s rays. [📷 by me]

Thirst finds its end in the wellspring of connection. There are those whose presence is a brimming cup pressed into our hand. Yet it can be intoxicating, and some of us drink to excess. [📷 by me]

Day 3: Dips, Watermelon, Yoghurt & Ice cream. And Unfortunately.

She stirs the night into colour, until the shadows beg to bloom.

It isn’t sorcery. Yet the sky tilts to her. She is Weatherkin. Clouds echo her ache, Light answers her joy.

Her gifts… She lifts her hand and the storm leans in, the rain obeys like it’s her kin. She sends a dream on a thread of light, stitched from stars in the quiet night. She folds the dusk to dim it soon. I swear to God she hangs the moon.

A flash of blue, Backed by green. Something new, Never seen. A yellow eye, That doesn’t see. Then I saw this… Synchronicity. UYPFG. [📷 by me]
