@AlaskaComm Will you be making a public statement about how the upgrade last week shut off the internet for hundreds of homes? We are on day five without internet and been on the list for help. No technician has came yet.

@AlaskaComm I currently live in Fairbanks today had no Internet service for over 30 minutes. When is this issue going to be resolved? This is getting to be a daily thing here. I’m not paying my bill in full until I get reliable Internet connection.
