Can’t recommend people get into one piece rn because the best resource card rn is $100 a piece, and you need 10 for your don deck. Otherwise you’re just playing sub-optimally.
I imagine this is like one piece’s equivalent to a dual color land in MTG

@feydemon This is the AOE rotation one but they are weaker cause at higher levels they upgrade and when using Brotherhood during 2 minute window you can over fill your chakra and it does even more damage
