Um dos principais motivos pelos quais eu defendo que o MCU comece adaptando os X-Men com a formação original, os cinco novinhos, é a oportunidade de termos, desde o início, um personagem gay com protagonismo nos filmes da Marvel. Sim, já vimos outros personagens LGBTQIA+ aparecerem no MCU, mas essa representatividade ainda é escassa no cinema da Marvel. E, sinceramente, não quero ter que esperar até o Estrela Polar surgir como coadjuvante na Tropa Alfa. Também não gostaria que a Marvel simplesmente alterasse a sexualidade de um personagem originalmente hetero para preencher essa lacuna. Afinal, o Homem de Gelo já está aí e é um membro fundador dos X-Men, com uma história rica e pronto para ocupar esse espaço.
