@AndyReaser BS. I've been on the hiring side of this. Network decides there are too many white guys so suddenly you can't hire people you want and you have to find a diverse writer who is not already working. Of course most are already on a show because every network is mandating diversity.
White TV writers: if your agent tells you that you didn’t get a job bc you are white, they are lying. It is a myth that allows them not to have failed you. And unless there are zero white writers on staff, it’s a lie. If there are white people on staff, then you were out-written.
