Right. Let’s flip this entirely. So Washington wants to punish Britain and Spain. For what, exactly? For declining to participate in a war nobody asked for, nobody voted for, and nobody outside Mar-a-Lago particularly wanted. A war that has shut the Strait of Hormuz, torched the global economy, and handed Vladimir Putin the geopolitical equivalent of a winning lottery ticket. The Pentagon, in its infinite wisdom, has been circulating an internal email proposing to reward European restraint by suspending Spain from NATO and revisiting America’s support for Britain’s claim to the Falkland Islands. The Falklands. A conflict that was settled in 1982 with 900 dead and has not been in dispute since. Trump’s new diplomatic weapon of choice is apparently a forty-year-old war. It is time to stop asking why Europe won’t sanction America and start asking why Europe hasn’t already. While Washington was dragging its allies into an illegal war in the Middle East, it was simultaneously shipping goodwill to Moscow, abandoning Ukraine, and threatening to pull out of the very alliance it now demands sacrifice in service of. Trump called NATO countries cowards. He called British aircraft carriers toys. He called Keir Starmer “no Winston Churchill,” which is rich coming from a man who can’t spell Churchill and whose only military instinct is to bomb things and then ask Pete Hegseth why it didn’t work. Spain has been completely clear: no bases, no airspace, no participation in what Prime Minister Sanchez has repeatedly called an illegal war. Good for Spain. That is not betrayal. That is a functioning democratic government with a spine. The betrayal is Washington’s. The betrayal is two years of gutting Ukraine aid, cosying up to the Kremlin, treating Article 5 as optional and European security as a bargaining chip. If Brussels wants to send a signal, here is what it looks like: targeted sanctions on American officials who have actively undermined European security. Asset freezes. Travel bans. A formal review of all bilateral defence agreements that assume American good faith, because that assumption is no longer supportable. NATO has confirmed that no mechanism exists to suspend or expel a member state. Which means Washington cannot throw Spain out. What Washington can do is sulk, threaten and bluster, which is, come to think of it, the entire foreign policy of this administration in capsule form. Britain and Spain didn’t fail America. America failed the alliance. And the sooner Europe stops waiting for Washington to remember what side it’s on, the better. Gandalv / @Microinteracti1

I wish I could write more… but the video speaks for itself. Morning in the city of Dnipro right now. This is not what you would want to see this Saturday morning, but unfortunately, this is the reality of life in Ukraine, and there are very few positive moments. Every morning in some city, someone either hasn’t woken up at all, or is waiting for rescuers while trapped in a destroyed apartment, or is standing next to their home... watching their whole life go down the drain. The aftermath of the nighttime shelling of the city. Sumy, Kharkiv, Odesa, Chernihiv, and Kyiv regions were also under attack. However, Dnipro suffered the most tonight.

⭐️ Saturday Fiver Wrap-up ⭐️ I planned my Fiver Friday donations last night, but I was too tired and it got late, so I’m turning them into Saturday Fivers instead ☺️ I’ve just dropped 20 fivers into the collection pots of these campaigns: @AlexBondODUA – Pickup for Kharkiv Air Defense 🛻
They first asked for this back in January but ended up on the waiting list. Let’s fuel this mission! They’re saving lives protecting the skies! @Oksii33 – Quad bike for the 80th Brigade
Wheels for logistics, rapid repositioning, and evacuating wounded comrades.
Matching ongoing 🔔 @DimaZapo – A lot of crucial gear for the 151st Reconnaissance Battalion.🪖🥾 @DrobotunVitalii – Tires and car repairs 🛠️
Close to the deadline ⚠️ I’ll post the detailed links for these missions below. Visibility on campaign tweets is crucial to hit the goals. Shares and comments are hugely appreciated 🙏 Bowie and Diesel wish you a happy #Caturday 😽

For nearly four decades, NATO’s eyes in the sky have been American. The Boeing E-3 Sentry, a militarized 707 with a rotating radar dish on top, has been the alliance’s airborne early warning backbone since the 1980s. Washington built it. Washington sold it. Washington serviced it. That era ended this week. NATO’s Support and Procurement Agency has selected the Swedish Saab GlobalEye to replace all 14 of the alliance’s aging E-3 aircraft, in a deal worth around 5 billion euros. The contract goes to Sweden and Canada. Not a single American company involved. The decision follows the US cancelling its own E-7 Wedgetail procurement in June 2025, shifting instead toward satellite surveillance under the Golden Dome concept. When Washington pulled out, it assumed NATO would wait. NATO didn’t wait. The GlobalEye uses a fixed AESA radar rather than the E-3’s rotating dish, enabling faster target detection across air, sea, and land at ranges exceeding 550 kilometres, with endurance of over 13 hours per sortie. It is smaller, cheaper to operate, and requires fewer crew. Unit cost sits at roughly 550 million euros, against significantly higher estimates for the E-7. France had already ordered two. Poland and Germany were circling. Now NATO has formalised it for the whole alliance. Trump spent 14 months telling Europe to spend more on defence and rely less on America. Europe listened. He just didn’t expect them to mean it quite so literally. Gandalv / @Microinteracti1

🇺🇦🐉🚨 FINAL FUNDRAISER 🚨🐉🇺🇦 (Please like, share, & comment if you feel so inclined!) #NAFO, #Fellas, & #Fellarinas- the fundraiser for Horus and his wife did amazingly; you all came through for us, despite me being a simple stormtrooper rather than an experienced fundraiser. Thanks to everybody again for supporting my brother and his wife and for helping me support my Chosen Company brothers both while I was still in country as well as since I’ve been stuck stateside due to medical stuff (a chapter I’m VERY grateful is FINALLY coming to a close lol). I know that last fundraiser was for a bit of an unusual sort of purpose; Horus, myself, and all the boys are thankful you chose to support him anyway. For the next and final fundraiser, I’ll be attempting to raise money for a bit more typical, conventional purposes: 1.) To help ME, Gator 🐊, afford the replacement combat uniforms and a couple pieces of equipment and purchases which comprise the last of the things I need before I can finally return home 🇺🇦, to my brothers, and to work, for good. And, 2.) To hopefully be able to continue doing what you all know I have always done- support my Chosen Company brothers no matter where they’re serving now (Tempest Group/3AB/3rd Army Corps, SSO/SOF units, 25th Airborne, Azov, and more)- until I’m back working and can return to supporting them on my own as usual. Initially I had planned to auction off a Russian “Z” patch, but I have nobody to mail it to me; it’s out of state where I normally live when stateside and I’m staying in a different part of the US currently (if either of the people who bid early- one for $15.50 and one for $10- want refunds due to the change of plan that’s not a problem at all, just let me know, or you can stay in the running for the new prizes). So instead I’m going to be auctioning a few things I wasn’t necessarily planning on letting go of, but am willing to say goodbye to if it helps me help my brothers and get back home to them and to work. These things will be: 1.) The patch we wore in Chosen Company before we were even Chosen Company and were still just part of the 2nd battalion of the International Legion earlier on in the war (a unit that no longer exists), 2.) The 59th Brigade patch I wore during Operation Pervo 1 (you all know Pervo 2; I’ll post some of my personal GoPro footage from Operation Pervo 1 in a comment below this post), the trident patch I wore during operation Pervo 2, and the helmet flag patches I wore during both Pervo 1 and Pervo 2- all with Chosen Company, and 3.) An old-school Ukrainian pixel trident & flag sleeve patch given to me on my last day with the 59th by a Ukrainian infantryman from his time fighting Wagnerite scum in Bakhmut. Some pretty cool stuff for the top bidder/donator, and the last physical pieces of Chosen Company history I’ll be giving away! I’m extremely grateful for this community helping my brother Horus and helping me support my other Chosen brothers. If you’re interested in helping me in addition to my brothers as well this time, and/or if you’re interested in the prizes, this fundraiser’s for you! I’m VERY much looking forward to going back to storming and not fundraising anymore lol. I’m attaching a photo of the prizes I described earlier. The first I listed (pre-59th Brigade Chosen Company/ILDU 2nd Battalion patch) is on top, the second (patches from operations Pervo 1 and Pervo 2) are in the middle, and the third (Ukrainian infantryman’s sleeve patch from the battle for Bakhmut) is on the bottom. Any bids/donos can be sent to: -PayPal: PayPal.me/floridahacker -Venmo: @floridasoldat -CashApp: $floridahacker I love you all no matter what- this whole community- and the boys 🐉 appreciate you all too, more than you know. -“Gator” 🐊, Chosen Company (always and forever). #NAFO #OFAN #Fella #Fellarina #ChosenCompany #Ukraine #SlavaUkraini #HeroyamSlava
