Everything remains on track, including the closing of our merger and the forthcoming announcement of our Nasdaq partnership. While September was a period of significant activity, October will bring the full scope of our progress to light. Our EvoBiologics product line is now being distributed at an all-time high, significantly surpassing internal expectations. As we finalize our merger with REVIVE, we anticipate 2025 revenues to exceed $14 million USD, with projected revenues well over double in 2026. We would like to provide an update on the status of our ongoing merger process. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the delay in releasing this communication. Due to unforeseen circumstances and in consultation with the legal teams involved, it was advised that we wait until the completion of the final meeting before sharing this information. We are now in a position to update you on our progress. Today, our team is en route to Florida to finalize an additional agreement with a highly respected peptides company. This agreement represents the final outstanding element required to complete the merger. Once this deal is finalized, we will be able to officially announce the successful completion of the merger. We’re pleased to share that management has returned to our office following three productive days in New Jersey, where we met with the Revive Regenerative team. We remain on track to close our LOI merger by October 31st. Our first press release was originally planned for today. However, an exciting and unexpected opportunity emerged yesterday that has the potential to significantly accelerate the trajectory of both Apollo Biowellness and Revive Regenerative immediately! Barring any unforeseen delays, shareholders can expect our initial press release imminently to be followed up with several additional releases in a timely manner.  This will mark the beginning of both our domestic and international marketing  campaign that is set to run well into Q4 of 2026. Management would like to reaffirm to shareholders that there are no plans for a reverse stock split in the foreseeable future - if necessary at all. Following the completion of our LOI merger with Revive Regenerative, the incoming management team will prioritize the full integration of all operations into the KOAN vehicle. We anticipate closing out 2025 and entering 2026 in a strong phase of exponential growth for both Apollo Biowellness and Revive Regenerative. We’re pleased to announce that our collaboration with the Revive Regenerative team is progressing even more successfully than anticipated. Both organizations are advancing at a remarkable pace, and we’ve now received legal approval for the first round of press releases. $KOAN

Management has implemented a cap on potential dilution as we work to convert the remaining debt into Preferred Equity. This conversion is contingent upon achieving a successful uplist to Nasdaq. Recently, 3.5 million shares were deposited to fully satisfy the obligations of one remaining debt holder. With these developments, we believe the company is now in a significantly stronger position to deliver increased value to both shareholders and the organization as a whole. $KOAN

Our SEC attorneys are currently reviewing multiple press releases in preparation for public disclosure. Later this week, we will be meeting with Revive Regenerative’s management team as part of our ongoing efforts to meet all regulatory requirements and execute our merger in a timely manner. In parallel, we are nearing the final stages of completing an additional acquisition in Italy. A very productive and eventful week for the team! $KOAN
