Today, a @Stapleton_CSO Deputy requested additional units at the Firestone Speedway due to a gunman. The Arborfield Police Department responded and alongside the deputy, stopped the gunman. @SCFD_Official was paged to help provide first aid to the injured LEO's. @FedoraMasterB98

Last night, June 4th, 2023, at around 11:30 PM EST, SCFD and APD responded to a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles. Fortunately, there were no fatalities! DOT was on scene quickly to get traffic flowing again. @SCFD_Official @DOT_Firestone @FedoraMasterB98

Earlier today around 3:30 PM EST, Officers from the Arborfield Police Department responded to mutual aid requested by the Redwood Police Department for an active shooter. Officers from APD & RPD coordinated on the scene to execute a breach and stop the threat.

Earlier this evening, there was an officer involved shooting at the @ArborFirestone Motel which left two APD officers injured. SCFD quickly responded and issued life saving measures. Thank you to those heroes that were involved in assisting them!

After a rainy morning, the afternoon opened up to a devasting tornado that rampaged through the city, destroying anything in its path. APD quickly mobilized officers to assist in the aftermath and shelter citizens.
