I had to report them to CCPC they gave me 2 vouchers when I insisted on Cash and to make matters worse neither voucher worked
Fly Delta they don't let people down anf have excellent customer service in my experience

Really disappointed in @AerLingus Delayed flying to Dublin so we missed our connection to NYC. We were put on a plane to Philly so had to make our own way to NY with two small children. They can't even grace us with a response to our claim for costs incurred due to their mistakes

It's my first day back in the lab and I forgot my headphones! 😭 I rely on them so much. It reminds me of this excellent sign I saw a few years ago at the @agotoronto. I can't image doing in gallery conservation without them.

Here at Wakefield we hold some very special (& rather old) documents from the 12th c. 📜This is an Inspeximus, by Henry de Lacy, confirming a 1194 charter (WMT/PO/1/185). When we retrieve them for a visitor, we all have to take a moment & have a look! #BehindTheScenes
