Everytime I see this discussion I think of the fact that every trans woman i worked with when I was working with homeless people was on hormones. It was most of their expenses in many cases, but in their own words they "prioritized it above all else"

I’m saying it’s an issue where trans women are always called ‘women-with-dicks’ instead of just ‘women’ (reverse for trans men) and I don’t think the constant focus on natal genitals helps
