After the recent update, we can estimate that $BMNR raised about $128 million to buy the 60,999 $ETH at an estimated price of $2,100 last week. $BMNR also increased their stake in $ORBS by $80 million dollars. This increases their amount of cash raised to about $208 million. No cash was added to the pile. In order to raise the $208 million we can assume $BMNR had to issue about 9.82 million shares at an estimated average of $21.20 per share. This raises the estimated shares outstanding to 527.6 million. It is important to remember there are likely more shares outstanding but I can not see stock based compensation until their next 10-Q comes out. MNAV = 0.99

$BMNR makes over $1 million dollars a day from staking rewards. They have 7 employees (according to Google). There is no reason they should not trade at a solid premium to their NAV. The prices you can buy $BMNR at today will not last forever. Take advantage

It has become very apparent that crypto is heavily tied to growth and software stocks. War (high oil prices), valuation concerns, and AI disruption has really hurt growth and software sectors. Crypto has sold off because of this over the past 6 months despite the fundamentals getting much better. There is a very low chance of a rate cut over the next 3 months. There is now a 34% chance on Polymarket that there is no rate cut in all of 2026. Growth stocks thrive in a low interest rate environment. Stay patient. Uncertainty will fade with time. It’s a very good time to accumulate some of these growth, software, and crypto names
