I had the honor of joining His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, alongside a strong delegation from Benue State at the APC National Convention held at Eagle Square.

I attended the North Central Zonal Convention of the All Progressives Congress in Lafia. The convention provided a valuable platform to engage with stakeholders, while reaffirming our collective commitment to unity, stronger party structures & sustained electoral success.

Met residents of Sylvester Atachin St., HUDCO Quarters, Makurdi, led by Dr. Hyacinth Ikyaagba, on their road concerns. Assured them their appeal will be conveyed to H.E. Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia. Committed to inclusive governance & sustainable development in Benue. ~BSO

Had a productive meeting with Dr. Abiodun Essiet, SSA to the President on Community Engagement,during her visit to Benue. We discussed strengthening dialogue on security and community relations, while deepening collaboration with border States to address cross-border issues.

Today, I celebrate the gift of another year of life. I remain profoundly grateful to God for His grace, mercy, and unwavering faithfulness. ~BSO

Earlier today, I was at the hallowed Green Chamber of the National Assembly to officially welcome my brother, Hon. Ojema Ojotu, who decamped from PDP to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). It was indeed a remarkable moment for Benue and Nigeria at large.

Yesterday, I represented Gov. Alia at the launch of the Agric Mechanization Outgrower Pilot in Makurdi. 10 farm clusters (300 farmers) will now access tractors, inputs & markets. With partners, we’re building jobs, wealth & restoring Benue as Nigeria’s food basket.

Yesterday, I represented Gov. Hyacinth Alia at the foundation-laying of the BIPC Eco-City Estate in Makurdi. With 70 duplexes & a planned low-income phase, this project marks a bold step toward affordable housing & a modern, inclusive Benue.

Yesterday, I attended the Requiem Mass of Very Rev. Fr. Polycarp Lubo in Barkin Ladi. A true servant of God, he lived for peace, unity & community development. We honour his legacy and reaffirm our support for religious leaders promoting harmony. May his soul rest in peace.

Earlier today, I represented Gov. Alia at the unveiling of the Benue State Quick Response Squad (QRS) a joint force of CPG, VGN, Hunters & JTF to tackle security threats. Under Alia’s leadership, Benue must be peaceful and it will be.

Yesterday, I received the NFSS delegation in Makurdi. I commended their proactive role in rural security and stressed the need for synergy among all agencies. Together, we remain committed to a safer Benue.

Honored to represent Gov. Hyacinth Alia at the Northern States Governors’ Forum in Kaduna. We endorsed the creation of State Police, strengthened border security, and enhanced regional collaboration. Benue stands firm on security and development. #Benue #Security #NSGF
