Super proud to be presenting my first ever poster at #SIME2023 - a provocative look at whether offshore wind farms could contribute to our area-based conservation commitments.

@magdalenoxford Hooray, a morning well spent, I really enjoyed that! I’ve graduated now so sadly I don’t have a pidge but will DM you my address instead.
Thanks. Will be posting more wildlife photos on magdalen.wildelife soon!
English

@BenFitkov Yes. Well done! Should I pidge you a mug?
BTW Love your photography!

Locked in the Tower!! #escaperoom After a rather blustery time at the top of the Great Tower, you descend to discover you've forgotten the four-emoji code for the newly-installed security system which unlocks the door! Luckily, some clues have been left for just this eventuality.

English

@BenFitkov Two right.
Hint:
You'll need the patterns to find two emojis that aren't one of the nine.
For the other two you'll need the emojis and recipe; and the emojis, map, and diary.

@MarkWitton @JoschuaKnuppe It seems to me that this may be viable, especially if rotation of the vertebrae is involved. I don’t know how sensible that would be biomechanically, but if the centra rotate to keep the spines more parallel, then the tail curvature is more vertical and your diagram seems to work
English

@JoschuaKnuppe I thought I'd run this as well, matching the vert proportions to your gentler curve. The spines still stick out some way - they have 3-4 degrees flex before they pop away from the width of the centra.

English

@MarkWitton @UniPortCCI Loved it, had such a good time and learned so much!

Big shout out to everyone who attended the first Reconstructing Prehistoric Animals in Art course at @UniPortCCI this week. I felt it went really well and had a great time talking #paleoart with you all for 3 days, I hope you found it enjoyable and interesting from your end.
