@fernvillar @CubaStudyGroup My understanding is there are tens of thousands if not more who have turned to crypto for payments and remittances in recent months. Still easy to send from any wallet abroad to one accessible in Cuba like Binance’s Trust Wallet. Definitely more education and apps are needed.

Targeted sanctions are a calibrated response that differentiates between regime officials responsible for crackdowns on #11J protesters and Cuban civilians. This stands in stark contrast to Trump sanctions, which indiscriminately impacted everyone.
