It’s been amazing to connect with Blackpool-based businesses – all playing a crucial role in our town’s success. There’s also been significant progress on projects like the DWP new home, the Stanley Buildings renovation, and the final submission for the Multiversity plans!

We had the pleasure of attending key conferences like @UKREiiF, where we proudly shared Blackpool’s growth story. And we launched the masterplan for Silicon Sands, a new data centre on Blackpool Airport Enterprise Zone - a hub for cutting-edge businesses and innovation.

Once complete, the 1.8 acre site will include warehousing and office space, ranging from 190 sqm to 400 sqm.
