Akwa Ibom politician knowingly and intentionally keeps the youths in perpetual poverty to be posting for them on social media. Or is there any Akwa Ibom politicians that can recreate this picture? NO.

This is some kind of bizarre comedy taken too far by supposedly grown adults and some names that were actually in the corridors of power at some point in this country. Giving a whole Presidential ticket to an ex-President and statesman by proxy and by a bunch of people not even registered on INEC’s website. And they don’t give a hoot dragging such a revered figure into their charade that is certainly a journey to nowhere. Quite sad. For the sake of his global image, President Goodluck Jonathan must IMMEDIATELY issue a strong ‘no, thank you’ statement, lest Nigerians begin to recall the ‘clueless’ campaign that got him out of power - first sitting President to be so ousted.

@eebookhunoluwa I know understand why a man should keep a woman for more 1 year if you're not going to marry. 8 years is unforgiving wickedness.

A woman dated a man for 8 years. She met him when he had nothing. NYSC days. No stable job. No car. No apartment. She stood by him through everything. When he couldn’t afford transport, she sent money. When he wanted to give up, she encouraged him. When his family doubted him, she defended him. Eight years. Eight birthdays. Eight Christmases. Eight years of believing she was building a future with the man she loved. Then life finally smiled on him. He got a better job. Bought a car. Moved into a beautiful apartment. Everyone congratulated them because people assumed wedding bells were next. One evening, he called her and said: “You’ve been good to me, but I don’t think we’re compatible for marriage.” Just like that. Eight years reduced to one sentence. Three months later, he introduced another woman as his fiancée. The same woman he met after becoming successful. The heartbreak wasn’t just losing him. It was realizing she had invested her youth, loyalty, prayers, and dreams into a future that never existed. Some wounds don’t come from enemies. They come from people you were already planning forever with.

Winners are having the PL trophy parade today. Losers are reminiscing on a major trophy they won decades ago. Standards.

Arsenal’s tactics last night was very good. People are only criticizing Arteta because he didn’t win. PSG barely had shots on target

@aproko_doctor, please what could be the cause of this? Recently, I wasn't feeling well, so I visited a pharmacy for treatment. Since it had been more than a year since I last treated malaria and typhoid, I explained my situation to the attendant and was given a course of treatment that included drips, injections, and several medications. I completed the drips and injections and began taking the prescribed tablets. Among the medications I received was a VC 1000mg immune booster. I already had a similar vitamin supplement at home, so I informed the attendant. I was advised to finish the one I already had before starting the VC 1000mg that was supplied by the pharmacy. As an Arsenal supporter, I spent yesterday evening with a group of friends watching the UEFA Champions League final between against PSG. We had a few bottles and food to share, and I was disappointed by the result. Because some of the drinks we had contained alcohol, I decided it would be best not to take my medication that night and instead wait until the following morning. Looking back now, that decision may have been a blessing in disguise. After completing my previous supplement, I opened the VC 1000mg pack this morning, as I prepared to take the tablet, I immediately noticed that something did not look right. The first tablet appeared cracked and damaged. Concerned, I decided to inspect the rest of the blister pack rather than take the medication straight away. To my surprise, several of the tablets showed similar signs of damage. Some appeared split, with the inside of the tablet visible through the cracks. The more I looked, the more concerned I became. Had I taken the medication the previous night, as originally planned, there is a good chance I would never have noticed the condition of the tablets considering the situation after the match. It was only in the daylight, while taking a closer look, that the damage became obvious. The discovery left me worried. If I had not taken the time to inspect the tablets, I might have swallowed them without noticing anything unusual. It also made me question the condition of other medications I had received during the same treatment. I am sharing this experience not to accuse anyone or make claims about the medication itself, but to encourage people to pay close attention to the medicines they receive. Whether you buy medication from a pharmacy, chemist shop, or any other source, always inspect the packaging and the tablets themselves before use. Check for signs of damage, unusual appearance, broken seals, or anything that does not look right. We often assume that because a medicine comes from a pharmacy, there is no need to look twice. My experience reminded me that it is always worth taking a few moments to examine what you have been given. If something appears unusual, ask questions and seek clarification before taking it. Our health is too important to take chances with. A few seconds of careful inspection could help prevent a serious problem and provide peace of mind about what we put into our bodies. Meanwhile, I've reached out to the pharmacy attendant and I've been told to bring the pack on Monday.
