Okay, putting my ideas that are now in @smallharness, for multi-model routing, into a more detailed technical deep dive. Not writing with ai, I'm old-fashioned so doing it by hand, like a caveman, which means, this might take a week or two. But I want to get my ideas out there so they aren't just in the code, and in a diagram, but in an actual detailed technical paper that people can read and give feedback on. Still unsure if my idea is good, or terrible, a lot more experimenting needed, and I want to create as many vectors as possible to get feedback. But I think there's something interesting here, and I can't stop thinking about it. Trying to find a way to describe it that isn't too technical, but also not too high-level. Right now I'm going with, "a role-base, complexity, aware architecture for multi-model routing" And there's nothing more to see that what's in the image below. Feels like a good idea to sleep on this and let the ideas continue to germinate.

Maybe it’s just me, but I’m getting tired of seeing the same AI terminal launched over and over again. Warp. Conductor. Superconductor. CMUX. Ghostex. And another one next week. Every demo looks nearly identical: “Look, I can run multiple agents in panes.” At some point this stops being innovation and starts being a UI clone war.
